An adventure out of the comfort zone
Back from our last Seatrekking expedition in the Parc des Calanques, in Marseille. Thank you to everyone who participated in this unique adventure and helped protect the oceans while having a great time together! A big thank you especially to our active members - our expedition organization team, our Seatrekking guides and skippers.
With three sailboats, we followed our pre-planned route around the island of Friuli where we discovered and emptied a huge waste accumulation site. Although the more difficult weather and water conditions made our sea dives shorter than usual, we were able to monitor new invasive algae at various locations on the sea floor, which were identified by our team.
